N95 subnet mask 😷
My brother had been using wifi battery monitors on his, his girlfriend's, and my cars for the last few years since we don't drive every day. Apparently they were dependent on a cloud service that the company discontinued, bricking them all! 🧱
In looking up if anyone has found a way to use them without the cloud, I just found vendors still selling the now useless devices. Optimistically then it can coordinate with those devices for desirable things "you might want" but they also report home to let them know about all of the devices it found, whether they are updated, etc. It's another grift. I have a separate network for #InternetofShit stuff that is drastically throttled and doesn't allow cross-communication between devices.
