I need to fly back to the UK two days later, and I can only get the new passport from my embassy. CatoAuf Eheurkunden werden die Vornamen vor und in der Ehe aufgeführt. Das bedeutet, dass auf unserer aktuellen Eheurkunde mein Deadname steht. Nach dem SBGG ist es nun möglich eine Eheukunde ohne die Vornamen vor der Ehe zu erhalten. Wir haben die Neuausstellung unserer Eheurkunde beantragt und verlangt, dass auf dieser Eheurkunde die Reihenfolge, in der wir auf der Urkunde stehen, geändert werden soll. Wir sind der Auffassung, dass die Tatsache, dass wir eine Eheurkunde ohne Vornamen vor der Ehe haben möchte, darauf hinweist, dass einer von uns seine amtlichen Vornamen geändert hat. Außerdem geht aus dem Datum unserer Eheschließung (Juli 2017) hervor, dass einer von uns trans ist. Bei Ehen zwischen zwei Personen, von denen eine einen weiblichen und eine einen männlichen Geschlechtseintrag hat, wird stets die Person mit männlichem Geschlechtseintrag zuerst genannt. (Ja, wir leben in einem Patriarchat.) Dadurch, dass wir diese Reihenfolge nicht ändern dürfen, enthält unsere Eheurkunde die Information, dass ich trans bin und nicht mein Partner. tomate 🍅Seit heute können Geschlechtseintrag und Name(n) beim Standesamt erklärt werden. Ab heute kann ein großer Teil meiner queeren Geschwister dem Staat sagen, wer sie sind und schon immer waren. Für einige andere funktioniert das <a href="https://ohai.social/tags/SBGG" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#SBGG</a> allerdings nicht und es muss nachgebessert werden. Was wir haben kann nur der erste Schritt sein, bis zur echten Selbstbestimmung für alle ist es noch ein weiter Weg. Unter anderem stehen Namens- und Abstammungsrecht im Weg zur echten Selbstbestimmung.
