Hey baking friends, does someone have a tried and true vegan, glutenfree cookie recipe?
Only recipes you tried yourself please, I'm able to google just fine, I want something that's actually reliable.

@mxjaygrant I primarily want to make these for a coworker who always gets left out when someone brings baked goods to work. She likes chocolate and nuts, but I reckon any kind of cookie she can eat would be fine, I'm not aware of any major dislikes.
